Dual display setup... questions

So, I have two LCD's, and I decided to start using them both... As I needed them for school work & such.

The problem...
One is an Acer 18.5" and the other is a 20".

The 18.5" Runs at some odd 1333x768 resolution and the 20" runs at 1680x1050.

Is there any way with different resolutions to have the "Windows" taskbar appear across the bottom of both displays?
Right now it's set up where it's just an extended desktop, but no taskbar at the bottom.
So I can still drag icons & open windows over to the 2nd display, but that's it.

I'm not sure if it's even possible to do what I'm asking...
I'm using an 8800GT with two DVI outs and the nvidia control panel to do this.
