Dual Display Problems !!

I'm trying to output the display from my 7600GT card to my Samsung 32" LCD only to find the display flickering [like a low refresh rate].
I've tried everything from checking cables, connections reinstalling drivers [😀even slapping the LCD on the back the good 'ol way😕]
NOTHING!
Was just wondering if the power could be the problem....!.
Any Sugestions
Please HELP...!!!!.....it's driving me up the wall.
 
Are you setting the LCD as the sole display? How is the refresh rate set in your nVidia setting. Also what method are you using to connect? And have you tried any other methods to connect it to you LCD? And it doesn't do this on your regular display correct? Only with the bigger LCD. Also what resolutions are you attempting to display? My HDTV flickers some on the desktop when trying to run 1920x1080 even though the set supports 1080i. Is this only happening on the desktop? Have you tried movies or games?
