Dual display issue

My primary display is a Sharp Aquos 32" 1080p, and I'm using a Dell 2407 as my secondary. The issue is while the Sharp does 1920x1080, the Dell will only let me choose 1680x1050 as highest. Before I used the Dell as my primary monitor and it did 1920x1200 fine, I was also using a 17" monitor as secondary @ 1280x1024.

I have a BFG GF8800 GTS 320. Is there something I am missing with regards to its capabilities? Is it unable to render two 1080p displays? Or could it be a driver issue? The 8800 series should be able to do dual 1080p, no?
