Dual Display in Linux

I have two 19" monitors that I can't stand using at anything less than 1600x1200... currently they are powered by a single Matrox G450. Will this work with Linux? If not, what other dual display solutions can I expect to run at this res? I'll be getting a new system within the next couple months, so other cards (and multi-card solutions) are an option...

It will work, however setting it up may be a bit of a pain (dunno how good the documentation is)

I had no problems setting up Xinerama for a dual display when I tried it out a while ago, it was a 2 card solution but that shouldn't matter.

Yea, I've used one before in linux, worked great, just follow matrox's installation instructions
