Dual Display Help

I currently have an ATI All In Wonder Radeon card in my system. I just purchased a cheap ATI Rage Mobility card in order to enable using the dual display function (I have two lcd monitors). I installed the second card, but it is encountering error code 12:

"This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)
If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system."

In the resources tab, all it says is:

"Resource settings:
This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use.
If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system."

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem?

I was hoping that when it was installed, it would allow me to go to display settings and choose extended desktop... but it only shows one monitor.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I don't want to let the second monitor go to waste.

Thanks so much,
-Keith

I tried a few unused ports, and it didn't fix the problem. I'm thinking that the two video cards are conflicting somehow. I am running Windows XP Pro by the way.
Does Windows autmoatically detect a second monitor and change the settings in the display settings window to show two monitors? I know on my laptop that even when I am running my laptop without a second monitor, it still shows the second monitor screen in the display settings window.
I don't know. I am an amateur.
Thanks,
-Keith
