DUAL display. help with a question

My Geforce 2ti/64 has dual monitor capability's. But does that mean it would work like two computers?,I mean say,play game on one,and surf on the other?.If not tell me why I would need dual displays,ty

Basically what you are doing is just expanding your desktop. You can't game and surf at the time,your secondary monitor will stay on but you won't be able to use it unless you minimize or close game.

Whats nice though is that you can have several programs open at one time and be able view them on either monitor. It just makes multitasking easier.
