Just trying to do some research, as in the next few days, I'm acquiring a Micronics Helios Dual Slot 1 BX board..
Looking for a cheap SMP solution for another "toy" ..

What would be best?? Two 366 PPGA's with Slockets, fixed FSB of 100 FSB for an overclock..

Or trying to get my hands on a couple of Slot 1's?

Try 366s on a pair of slokets. I've got 'em at 583 (w/o slokets though) on an Abit BP6. Hitting 550 is very possible for many 366s (later batches).

The slot 1 celerons require modifications (drilling and soldering) to make them dual capable.
