Dual Connections?

Ok, the situation is this. I have a very unstable cable connection which has horrible latency on games, actually, worse then dial up. About all it is good for is downloading files off kazaa. So, often times I will dial up on a modem to play games to at least have a "Constant" connection.

My question is this, is there any way AT ALL, I can have both connections running 2 different things at once? For instance, downloading off kazaa with my cable, and playing games on the dial up at the same time?

I realize that I cant add the modem speed and cable speed together cause you cant have 2 ip addresses for surfin and such, but to be runnin seperate applications with each a different ip should be ok right??

Any suggestions or help would be appriciated.

Thanks,
Blull
