Dual Channel memory

I am set to put together a new system this coming weekend. I bought two sticks of 512 Mushkin green memory on ebay.. I assumed it would be a matching set.. lol.. they are not. they are both Mushkin but the acutal chips are different. What are the chances that I will be able to go into dual channel.. below is the system's hardware. any comments on the hardware I would love to hear also.

Intel 3.0 C
Intel D875pbz
Ati 9600Xt AIW
2x512 mushkin sticks.. Non matching.
Antec 480W TruePower P/S
couple of older drives that will be replaced with sata drives
