Dual Channel memory question

I recently bought a Dell Poweredge 400sc comuter. I put in 2 sticks of pc3200 256mb ecc ram into the 2 vertical slots on the mb. The bios and cpu-z both show single channel. Does anyone know how to make it show up as dual channel? Did I put the sticks in the wrong slots?
 
I figured it out. It looks like I got bad directions from a webpage that I was reading. Needed to stick the ram in 1 vertical and 1 slanted slot. And yes my comuter does support dual channel.
