Dual Channel Memory Question

I'm running an A7N8X Regular with 2x 256mb of Crucial pc2700 ram. If I drop in a 512mb PC2700 of Kingston Value Ram, would it still be dual channel?

If you install the 2 256MB modules in slots 1 and 2, and the 512MB in slot 3, it will operate as dual channel with a total of 256MB per channel.
