dual channel memory problem?!

I have 2 512 sticks of mushkin value ram (3200) running in dual channel. when i run cpuz it shows 1 stick running at 166 Mhz frequency and the other running at 200 Mhz. the latencies are also a little different. i thought it was not possible to run dual channel with this type of difference or do both sticks just run at the lower numbers?

cpuz shows the SPD value, not the value that they are currently running at. Otherwise, it'll show the slower speed for both of them, whether or not dual-channel is active or not.

under the memory tab it tells you what the memory is running at, as well as if it is running in single or dual channel mode.
