Hi.

Oupost.com has the following Memory kits for sale, which one would you recommend on an athlon A64/Nforce 3 system?

Hyper X
or
Mushkin

Or would it be better to wait a little longet till corsair xms drops as well?:)

Don't bother with "Dual Channel Kits" - they are a scam - you don need no steenking special modules... Just get two singletons unless the Dual pack is cheaper... Singletons will work fine - my Kingston Value RAM (I bought the two sticks at different times) and some other no-names I got from Outpost both work fine in dc mode.

As Zepper said you do not need to buy a dual channel kit. If you do not plan on overclocking I would just get w/e is cheaper, but still from a well known manufacturer.

dual channel is a myth...

i dont like kingston anymore after seeing all the latest benchs.. in my opinion

1. Corsair
2. OCZ
3. Mushkin

I have the twix 2 X 512 2-2-2-5 latency corsair ram and in my opinion its the best out there...

Appreciate the input fellas.

The dual channel like most of you say is a myth, but its still a nice thought to be able to run a system with a gig of ram with low latency possibilities.
