Dual channel impact in airmont video decode?

So I was thinking of buying a laptop with Pentium N3700 for dirt cheap, and I'm also interested in video playback.

So the real question I have is, does dual channel memory improve H.265 and VP9 decode, is it worth it?

Dual channel memory is going to be useless because the fixed function hardware doesnt require much bandwidth. If the decoding cannot be done on the fixed function hardware then it is going to be done on your CPU and in that case you will drop frames no matter what type of memory you use.

The rumors are that the acceleration is a hybrid solution using the GPU so that's why I'm wondering what the impact is, if anyone knows about it.
