Dual boot win2k and win ME

When I tried to do a dual boot with win2k and winME, I first installed winME without a hitch.
After that I wanted to install win2k but I got the error message that win2k couldn't determine what version of windows I was running.

I really want to solve this problem,does anyone have a solution for this?

You will either need to install w2K first or partition your drive and install to a clean partition, better yet a second (or third hard drive) that should solve your problem.

If you just boot with floppies or the Win2K CD, you should be able to successfully dual boot without any hindrance to your existing WinME install.
