Dual Boot missing after formatting. Help

hi all,

i had two win7 os in my computer. One running of an HDD and the other one off an SSD. Yesterday i formatted the SSD and now i cannot see the dual boot options after POST/BIOS screen when i start. Is there a way to have the two boots again without having to reformat the HDD now? I have boot optios in bios as follows 1: Optical Drive 2: SSD.
I did it late at night so i had no time to troubleshoot and switch Drive boot priorities etc etc. After im done work i will try doing this and also going in the BCDedit and try to add a boot entry as per this site...
Any thoughts/suggestions will be appreciated.
Thank you!!

You should download EasyBCD as it is the best windows boot manager utility for issues like this. You don't need to enter your name or email to download and is free for non commercial use.
