dual boot issue

Having a problem with system boot. At one time, I had 3 instances of windows on my system. 1 on 1 hard drive and 2 on another with 2 partitions. I have since reformatted 2 of them and the OS is completely gone. When i turn my system on it still asks me to choose between the 3. Is there anyway to get rid of this? Did I do something wrong?

u did nothing wrong. just remove the 2 entries from c:\boot.ini by going to System Properties -> Advanced -> Startup and Recovery -> Edit (you could also set the list operating systems timeout in the Startup and Recovery dialog to 0 secs).
