Dual 17s, or single 19 LCD?

Well, after giving up my ideal phone (w800) and settling on something I could use more (LCDs).... I want to spend less thatn $300 for sure, probably around $200-250 is decent.

I was thinking dual 17s, or a 19.. I don't think I can afford an fpw at my price.

So, ideas? I'm probably gonna be getting a Dell.

You can get the 2005FPW for under $400 shipped now, and the 19" 1905FP for about $275.

I've tried dual monitors and I just prefer a single larger monitor myself.

Not always so. I've tried dual monitors a few times, and I prefer single. To each their own...

I'm not going to go dual monitors until I can go tri monitors. Which should be pretty soon. I really can't wait to have 3 19" LCDs

I would say go for a single 19" 1905FP for now, and when you have a little more money, buy another 19". That is a nice monitor.

I've heard 19's are worse because they only offer the same rez as a 17.

I have dual 17s right now and would prefer to stay like this. You can watch a movie on one monitor while chatting/surfing on another. Etc Etc. Very convenient
