I waste more money going out to eat 2-3 times than I do on Sat TV..

This is pretty ridiculous. It will require construction of towers everywhere and I can guarantee that it will drastically reduce the service in suburban and rural areas.

I use OTA and won't stop using it until I can get all of the normal network things online legally.
