I'm stuck using Cyberlink Powerdvd 4 beacause it allows you to use the 6 spkr DTS option without paying for it :p

Seems to do a purty job tho, all my music dvds sound awesome (and the few movie dvds i've watched on it).

A further question, does anyone else listen to music dvds on their rig while working/posting on AT? i get the occasional jump browsing ATOT/posting with my 2.2ghz Axp, 1gb of ram :(

I set ff to 'below normal' priority and that stopped my dvd skipping.

i'm happy now ;) quietly enjoying 'hell freezes over' in DTS 5.1 :D

hardware also.. much cheaper solution though....
Logitech 5500 DTS set up sounds great for the price and does hardware DTS decoding as well as dolby digital onboard...

DTS sounds 500% better than Dolby
wish all my movies were in DTS

hell goose even on this smaller system you can hear the difference between the 2 tracks...
gladiator in DTS vs the Dolby Digital version is night and day...
DTS is so much deeper and fuller... and it literally rocks my room...
