DST - Big Problems?

My question is simple.

What is the big problem with the DST and businesess using computers. Is it supposed to completely shut down all systems (like Y2K was supposed to) or is it minor things?
 
Lots and lots of minor things. Security badge won't unlock doors, reports wont run, backups get screwed up, meetings and reminder notices get screwed up, etc etc etc etc etc.
 
And if you change it manually, it will change it on the old day and your time will be an hour off again. Same deal at the end of the year.
