DSL Upload speed much faster than Download speed

My DSL upload speed is around 350kbps, my download speed is only 25kbps. Anyone have any suggestions? My provider has been of little help. Any advice or links to download would be greatly appreciated.

That is screwy, are you sure you got the units right? How are you testing this? What speed service do you pay for?

I am using dslreports.com to test but the tests have been confirmed by numerous other websites. The service is provided by earthlink...any more thoughts?

Find the DRTCP utility at dslreports; that might help tweak your connection; some of the receiving or transmition data unit sizes might be really funked up.
