I've been getting slow speeds during traffic hours for the past month. I've been talking to tech support(and the supervisor), and they said they can't do anything about it because it's due to network congestion, and that's supposedly normal.
I've never had this problem before in the 5 years or so I've been on verizon DSL, and now they're just leaving me in the dark. The supervisor said it's part of their terms of service that I may get less than half the advertised speed during traffic congestion hours. I thought one of the main selling points of DSL is that you get stable speeds regardless of network congestion.
So are they sh!ttin me here?
