i just upgradded to dsl with msn it costs 49.95 per month in my area .should i use the modem the will be sending me or buy my own performance modem.
 
I would use the MSN modem. DSL modems are normally expensive if you buy it yourself. Also, if you have a problem and you are using a non-MSN modem they might not try very hard to help you or blame your problem on your modem.
