DSL internet problem

Right now i'm using DSL to connect to the internet. I'm running Win2k and I can't seem to get any program to be able to access the internet except Internet Explorer. Programs like XoloX, Netscape, NWS, and others can't find the internet connection. Can any one help me fix this problem.

Just so you know a little bit about my setup, first the connection goes through my DSL Modem, then my Router, next my HUB, and finally travels up to me. My settings in Intenet Explorer is "Automatically Detect Settings." I have two other computers on the network both running win 98, they can connect just fine to the internet and can run all of the other programs.

Any help would be very usefull

Since Internet Explorer can access the Internet, but Netscape cannot.... it sounds like Internet Explorer was specially configured to use the connection while no other program was.
Check the Connections tab in Tools -- maybe there's a proxy server configured that no other program knows about...

Weird.
