DSL connectivity

After storms and trees on the lines(supposedly fixed), my DSL keeps dropping me for short periods. I assume that is what is causing me to have to log in repeatedly. AT&T phone is blaming the internet side and visa versa. Is it possible to find out how many times I've been disconnected form AT, today? Any info to bash them with would be helpful.
