DS3P/E6600 overclock issues

My new Gigabyte DS3P has more than once reverted to the secondary BIOS when it shouldn't have, for example, when going from 1.35v to 1.375 to improve stability when 1.35v already booted fine...

This might also be the reason I can't hit 3.2Ghz (not an excessive speed for this CPU I understand) no matter what voltage I try - and I've tried up to 1.55v in the BIOS. It reverts to stock every time.

Anyone else experienced this with the DS3P, or even the DS3 or DQ6?

You turn off all of the other unneeded settings within the BIOS?

Are you sure your memory is fine?

How much voltages are you giving each component?
