CPU-Z

Playing around with the DS-3 at work since a new one came in. Have two set-up like this computers both similiar configs.

C2D E6400
Stock Heatsink on Processor
Stock Voltage on Processor
2x 512 PC2-533 5-5-5-18 Dell Value Ram Pull +.2 on VDimm
DS-3 (Like a fine wine this board seems to get better with age)
Centurion Case
400x8 @ 4-4-4-12 1:1

I would say this board has come a long ways and maybe should be a consideration for everyone as the price seems to keep getting lower.

Ram is holding me back, but with +.3 on VDimm it is stable at 420*8. But since they are office computers its going to be 24/7 stable at 3.2 ghz. As you can see I have never stopped running Boinc in the background, make your office a good office, crunch well your computer does nothing.

Only problem with this board anymore it still doesn't support the high-end micron stuff as well as some other boards, but hopefully that can be fixed with a better bios.

Ok, how the hell did you get those "Value Rams" rated 5-5-5-18 to run @ 4-4-4-12 stable? If that was the case why are people paying top dollars for DDR2 rams when they can just obtain value ram to obtain the same overclock? If you can run these modules at 420*8, call me extremely impressed.

They're Micron Value I pulled from some Dells. I think they are Fatbodies. But for a while they cost $50 for 2x 512mb on the dell Outlet. Also it helps when you put a 120 mm fan on the ram :)

New screen up later. 2.3v 440 fsb 4-4-3-4 :) I love $50 ram...

They are definetly fatbodies. Can't believe Dell was selling them for so cheap on such a crappy computer.

Also I think I might throw the SPD from the CellShock or OCZ's onto these sticks, then we could really see what they do. I will definetly be trying to pick some of these things up on Ebay in the near future though.
