DS3 Bios update????

wow, gigabytes site SUCKS!! I cant find the bios update utility ANYWHERE on Gigabytes site, not to mention its down for some weird update now or so it seams. the only thing I can find is this @bios crap that doesnt like any of the bios files I give it. I have no floppy drive and I cant make a memory stick bootable for some reason in XP. any ideas??

I guess everyone else still has floppy drives in their PCs. Sucks not having one

I had the same problem with the version of @BIOS on the website. The one that came on the Gigabyte driver cd works fine.

Use the one on the Driver CD, it works correctly with the board. Also, make sure you are using the F4 bios.

What do I need to know about prepping a new DS3 board? Everytime I see the DS3 mentioned, people always saying "make sure you are using the F4 bios." Do I need to update it right away or can I do my build then update later?

Is there anything special I need to know about updating the bios? Could I boot to a floppy and run a flash tool? Or is there a special flasher built into the bios?
