DS3 and Ram selection?

I Have Gigabyte DS3 and a E4300 coming was wondering which Ram I should pair it with.
Looking to get the E4300 to 3Ghz (333*9)
I know I can get this withoutr using ddr2 800 but want something that i can use with a future CPU upgrade

Does anybody have any expeince with these modules?
Obviously the corsair is looking good at $40 cheaper but the others have better stock timings.
In would like to keep my purchase to $250 or less

I bought the firestix yesterday from newegg... I have a P5B deluxe on the way as well.

But I know a guy who has the firestix running 3-3-3-9 at 900 Mhz on his DS3 rev 2.
