Drying some earphones?

Well my bike kind of broke a week or so ago and I had to jimmy rig it with a pair of earbuds. Well I forgot about them and they have been on the bike for about a week now. They have gone through 2 rainstorms, including the one that just happened an hour or so ago.

I know they are not high tech devices, but I dont want to get shocked. What is the best course of action in drying them so I can use them by tomorrow morning?
