Freudian slip? :awe:

No slip intended nor insult to the girl. I was young once and made my share of mistakes I wish I could wipe away. The E and W are next to each other on the keyboard and I have very large hands.

Totally not accurate, just used in thousands of DUI cases every year as evidence of intoxication. I will concede blood test is better.

Well, it's not the best evidence and in most places it will not hold up in court. Usually what happens, is that if you blow something remarkable, they'll give you the option to come along to give a blood sample.

well considering her handle on twitter is vodka samm if she had been taking shots before blowing .341 that could account for the high level.

plus you can get a t-shirt with her pic on it for $23

It'd be cool if she died.

Cool if she died? What's the matter with you?

Go somewhere else to post that rubbish.

I don't know where you are from, but in Florida if you blow over .08 you are done. Any DUI lawyer will tell you not to blow for that reason alone and then fight for a hardship license after the mandatory suspension.

Some states have had some stupid rulings about "source code" etc on breathalyzers and it gets thrown out that way. However, the majority of states a breath test is fully admissable in court and is extremely accurate. The variance would be .345 vs .341 ie not enough difference to be impactful on the case.

The only time a blood or urine test is administered is when someone is hammered and they blow .000

Just for clarification I'm talking about LE breath testing devices. I'm sure the cheap ones you get for personal use have a large variance.

Speaking of breath tests on the white board he's holding on the lower right it says "PBT" ie portable breath test. Underneath it says refused. So in that jurisdiction breath tests are gtg for sure.

"Oh you're that girl who got drunken arrested and bragged about it on the internet. SORRY WE'RE NOT HIRING RIGHT NOW." She should just drop out now and save herself some money.

When I was a kid it used to be hard filtering out idiots and stupid people. Lot of times they would give you a good impression and it would take work and at times getting hurt to see how much of a scum someone is.

Now days kids have it good/easy. Filtering out idiots is pretty easy. Go to facebook > read YOLO > Idiot checkmark applied.

This. With jobs getting harder to find by the moment, why would you make it harder for yourself? Youth is often wasted on the young.

She shouldn't be in trouble, she was too drunk to make any decisions. So as a woman, nothing would be her fault.

Doesn't seem like she got caught getting pulled over as the driver, so meh. "Stormed the field"?
