The idiot lady didn't look and walked out blindly between two cars so that traffic could not see her until it was too late. Media is over sensationalizing this against this guy. I don't see where he hits her twice.

Says he was operating under the influence and license suspended so if he was caught drunk driving, he should face the penalties for that, but as far as the stupid lady is concerned, she did it to herself.

When I was a kid one of my friends dads was a traffic cop. One day a kid ran across the highway and got hit. He went to the hospital and gave the kids parents a ticket for jaywalking.

I think in situations like this everybody gets dinged and why not? the city had to use resources because 2 idiots decided to dance together.
