Actually, while I support the death penalty I think it would be better to put him on a chain gang breaking rocks for 10 years, and then forced into military service for permanent overseas deployment. He should just straight up get the death penalty. Expedited.
Demetrius Jordan, 20, of St. Petersburg, blew through the red light at the intersection, heading south on Martin Luther King in a 2001 Chevy Impala, a police report states.
ATOT Lynching party?
No judge, no jury, no due process.
Yay!
If there is 100% proof that a person committed a crime resulting in the death of an innocent then they don't deserve due process. The person will likely never be a useful member of society, so why not just get rid of them now?

Why does it seem like the drunk always lives and everyone else dies?
That darn pesky constitution always getting in the way ....
Because you're only reading the story on the Internet?
Maybe the father's driving was a contributing factor? Maybe one of the kids in the back distracted him and he turned around? What if Florida considers a single drop of alcohol in a minor a DUI?
Not saying the DUI guy isn't a grade A asshole, but there is a reason for due process and not knee-jerking.
