He must have started drinking young to build up that tolerance.
Built up tolerance. Usually it's found in your older, career alcoholics though. This guy is pretty young.
I'm a bit skeptical by the number. My wife has seen *a lot* of tox screenings come through the ED in the last 10 years, nothing remotely close to this high though. She's seen some in the .40-.42 range. Nothing ever higher than that.
