The only reason the illegal are in america is because AMERICANS are willing to employ them. They employ them to do jobs most americans don't want to do.

So why do you get extra mad if one of them ilegals does something wrong? After all, you AMERICANS invited them in your country.

You should be getting mad at the American people who povide jobs for them.

It's all one big clusterfvck.

There wouldn't be a problem if the government enforced border/immigration laws that are already on the books.

If the immigration laws were enforced, there would be no illegals to hire.

If there are no illegals to hire, businesses would hire Americans and pay them whatever is appropriate.
 
so how does the punishment work for an illegal alien? Do they get the same treatment as a normal citizen or get sent back to Mexico or what?

No you can deport them 100 times which is what the law says. But they just come back as there are jobs. Like a stray cat, don;t feed it and it goes away. With illegals, no work equals them not coming here.
If there were larger fines and they went after businesses better then there would be no jobs.
 
When will this country wake up and realize that the illegal immigrants need to be put on the nearest trebuchet and tossed over the border.... The border needs to be sealed, toss the illegals out, then allow only those willing to play by the rules in as needed.

Shoots, I might as well drink all the time then (passenger so I'm not doing anything illegal) so in the case that I do get into a crash, I'll be safe!
 
unless you can prove that illegal immigrants have a higher rate of drunk driving, i don't see how you can bitch about this accident happening because of illegal immigration.

There was a story on WRAL News a few weeks about about a hugely disproportionate number of illegal, Hispanic drivers involved in DWIs compared to whites and blacks.

And if he is an illegal, he shouldn't have been here in the first place and the accident wouldn't have happened, DUH

Now that's just stupid. The victims are probably relaxed too... if not, they would have reacted and gotten out of the way.

The reason why we think drunk drivers are more likely to live (i bet they're less likely, because they're more likely to not have their seatbelts on), is because when they do live, we're more outraged, so it becomes more salient to us.

If your neighbor rapped and murdered your daughter you would blow down his front door and shoot his balls off with a sawed-off. I'd say...we are doing just fine with our Meixan relations. I'd say Mexico commited more acts of violence and terrorism than the Taliban in Afgani. Though no one cares..and guess what? Mexico has oil too!!

The capital will suspend its "alcoholimetro" program. Public safety officials in Mexico City last week announced that they would suspend the capital's drunk driving vigilance program for the nights of Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. They added, however, that the "alcoholimetro" program would be stepped up during all other days of the holiday season.

The suspension of drunk-driving vigilance for Christmas and New Year's celebrations is a tradition in the capital, where the practice is known as a "noche libre," or "free night."

And while the idea has its critics, city officials point to statistics to defend the practice. Last Christmas Eve, when drunk drivers were also given a "free night," there were three fatal car accidents, and on New Year's Eve there were two. The average day in the capital sees four fatal accidents, according to the Public Safety Secretariat.

However, city statistics also show that there were 50 reported car accidents in all last Christmas Eve, far more than the daily average of 26.

Yup, it was backed up for three hours (accident happened at exit 289). I drove down Tryon Rd. to get some gas at Sam's Club near exit 298. I got onto I-40 and started heading West to go towards exit 293 (Cary). I got onto the freeway and got up to 55MPH, then saw the massive wall of traffic. So i had to get off at 297 and get onto lake wheeler, back onto tryon and made my way to cary by getting onto US-1/64 via Jones Franklin Road bypassing the traffic.

im wondering the same thing. I dont want his ass thrown back in Mexico. But I dont want an illegal taking up prison space and living on my taxpayer money either. Make serve as a indentured servant i say. Ok maybe im not serious about that last part
