Haha, she couldn't open a PDF on a Mac? I feel your pain though. It seems like the biggest clients (im a webdesigner/graphic artist), always have the dumbest staff to work with you. You'd like to say "Get lost, drunkie and stop calling", but you can't because you know you need that green... Dilemma.
