it's more like $20/month (base phone for $6+7 taxes, plus $16 dsl=$29...versus $50 for RR), so yes...for that much, it's worth it. i hope, since there's no going back :-/
 
I have Comcast 8mb cable & compared to my buddies that have SBC DSL its an awful lot faster.. the other day I upgraded one of my friends AV/firewall & Zonealarm sec suite took like 3 minutes to download... on my cable its like 30 seconds.
