AT&T is giving me the run around now.... I called them about the free microcell the guy offered and they have no notes of it, and want to charge $99. :-/ I guess I'll keep trying.

Raise to a manager as many times as you have to. I did that with Sprint and finally got sent to the retention department which was willing to do anything to keep me.

Yeah, retention is who I've spoken to. It's hit or miss with them though.
 
depends on you contract end dates

with family plans the phones will usually have different end dates and that's how they get you to stay
