Let's say this situation occurs:
Two cars are at an intersection with a stoplight with unprotected left turns (no left arrow). One car is going north and the other south. Both have their left turn signals on. However, when the light turns green, one of the cars goes straight instead of left. The car which is actually turning left hits the car that went straight.
Whose fault is it?
Reason I ask is because this almost happened to a car right in front of me today. The guy hit the brakes in time.
