I am looking into either buying a Maxtor® 200GB SATA 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive for $89.99 or a Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 ST3300831AS 300GB 7200 RPM 8M Cache Serial ATA150 Hard Drive - OEM for $183.00. I want to get the one that is better all around. Price doesn't really matter but it is nice. If seagate is going to be better than I want that one. Let me know!

You might want to consider a Hitachi as well. I like them a lot, as I've had very good luck, they are very quiet, and thier performance is also excellent. Otherwise, you'd probobly want to lean towards the Seagate, they are also great drives.

250Gb Hitachi SATA, 7200 RPM, 8Mb Cache
