Quick question, when I download a driver do I have to install it and like go through setup wizard or can I just download it and already be there?
 
Most likely you'll go through a Setup Wizard.

It's rare to just get the .SYS/.DLL/etc. file and have to put it in the proper Directory and Register it.

 
Some drivers even requires to be expanded first after downloading and then click on the setup wizard. Others just need to be installed to initiate a setup wizard.
