Have a friend online who is having problems with his 3D Prophet GF2 MX. Well he said he tried alot of versions of det drivers off of hercules site. But he said this was a long time ago and prob before det 4's. Anyway he said he gets no 3D support in games like CS and Q2. Opengl mainly. He also said DirectX says no 3D support card and doesnt find any errors. He said he tried DX 8.1.
He thinks its his Iwill mobo which I ain't for sure what model it is but he has a PIII650. Anyway I think its the OS(98SE) or his drivers. He said he tried clean installs. Said 3D worked for the first 2 weeks he had it then quit.
Any ideas?
