Drivers for onboard hardware?

Hey all,
What drivers do you guys use for your onboard hardware? More specifically, I will most likely buy the EPoX 8RDA+ and wanted to know if I should use EPoX's drivers, Nvidia's NForce 2 drivers or (if it's even possible) to go directly to the soundcard, lan, firewire manufacturer and get the drivers from there.

not to thread invade but i have a different question about onboard hardware

anyone know of a way to get some diagnostics about the mobo and onboard hardware if teh manual and cd is missing?

I always 1st use the drivers that come with the motherboard. Get everything
installed and working correctly. Then you can always update the drivers if
needed.

Sid....you should be able to download manual from manufacturers website, look in the support section, there you should find drivers, bios updates and manual.
