Update ALL your drivers and do ALL Windows updates offered to you. If the problem continues:
See my .sig for details - run mpsreports, send me the resulting .cab file and the minidumps found in c:\windows\minidumps, and I'll take a look at it.

If I remember this has to do with a new hardware install. Probably drivers. Did you recently install anything new? Update your drivers. Or remove incompatible hardware.

When you reboot sometimes windows will pop up a message to send the error report to MS. If you do, occasionally MS has some info on it that will allow you to narrow it down to what the problem really is.

The last time I had this problem it was a bad stick of Corsair RAM that I had just bought...RMAed it and got a new set and haven't had problems since.

I recently had this problem and found out Kerio Firewall was the cause. I uninstalled it and it fixed my problem. If that doesn't work, the most common cause I found online was memory, but really just about anything could be the problem. Hope you get it fixed.

Update drivers regardless if you think they are okay, then test with a new stick of RAM.

go into safe mode, if that works without BSOD, then its a software problem.

if hardware problem, most likely ram or videocard overheating
if software, DX9c compatibility problem vs SP2 vs videocard driver
try reinstall dx9c.

or update driver
