Driver version location question

To get your DOS version, open the command prompt, and type "ver" (without the quotations). This will give your the OS version with Win2K and WinXP since they do not use DOS.
 
oops, I meant which bios version I have. I would download a free copy of SiSoft Sandra but they have spyware attached. I have AdAware but then it will disable the Sandra program if I run it.
 
Just watch when your machine first comes on, it should display the bios version at the top along with the type of bios.
