driver problem with 6800gt?

Ok where do I start...everytime I install a driver that is over 61.77 my system crashes when i alt tab out of UTk4 and go back in. And if idont alt tab and just play when i exit the game the system reboots there to. The system seams stable other then that. I am using 61.77 right now and 5.10 unified drivers off nvidias site. I have a friend who has a bfg 6800gt oc and is having similar problems. Any help would be LOVED. thanks guys
