Driver IRQL not less or equal

After installing the new nforce (6.39), I get this message "Driver IRQL not less or equal", and then it says something about NVNRM.SYS. I've seen other posts on the net about this, but no solutions.

CPU: Athlon 64 3500+
Motherboard: GA-K8NXP

i think i have seen that error messege before, but it was on a BSOD.
for me, that messege was caused by an incompatability issues between novell and new intel drivers. i would recommended rolling back the drivers and see if the error messege goes away. if it does, then u know the nvidia drivers aren't playing nice with something.

I'm using 430W Antec. Also, I rolled back the drivers and everyting is working again, but I would like to use the new drivers if possible.
