hey guys so i just installed windows 7 and im trying to install all the drivers that comes from the cd

but I'm having some trouble. (I have an asrock Z68 extreme4 gen3 motherboard btw) When I boot up something called the "driver disk preparer 1.07" comes up and gives me three options
1. generate the raid/ahci driver diskette for intel z68 chipset
2. generate the ahci driver diskette for marvell sata 3.0
3. exit

If i pick either one or two it says "no supported drive found: floppy 1.44 and usb drive!" and reboots, if I pick option three it just reboots. I've tried moving my removing my ssd, moving my hdd drive around (to the various sata inputs) I also connected a floppy disk thing, i'm pretty clueless at this point.

any help would be very appreciated.

Do you need this at all? You already have Windows 7 installed so a bootable disk/USB to help install Windows seems redundant.

Tip: The manufacturers often make 1 shared driver CD for a whole set or family of motherboards, so it can include things on the disc that don't apply to your specific model.

ok so ive figured out what was wrong. After installing windows, i was trying to install all the drivers that came on the motherboard cd. The computer restarts itself when its doing this and i had forgot i didnt make my ssd the first boot but my cd rom the first boot so it was giving me a error because the cd was in the drive. lol noobie mistake
