Okay I dunno if this can be posted in the GH forum but I just did a virus scan on my sis computer with kaspersky and when I start the Comp a this is missing C:WINDOWS\system32\qogfbprugg\csrss.exe and i cant get the virus program to reinstall again so i cant go back and fix it
